Once you have purchased your personalised content please allow 10 - 14 business days for us to complete your order, however if you do not get back to us in a timely fashion for any information we may require to complete your order then this may cause delays. 

 

Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email, but please allow 2 - 3 business days for us to send through your invoice. You can receive a refund on your purchase for a change of mind, but please see our returns policy for further information.
